Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We operate by appointment to ensure every pet receives the time and attention they deserve. You can book by calling us on 07-5442-7803 or emailing us at reception@eumundivets.com.au, as well as by booking online.
Do you offer emergency vet services?
Yes, we offer urgent and emergency pet care for conditions ranging from breathing difficulties, injuries, seizures, tick paralysis and snake bites. Or any unusual behaviour your pet may have suddenly developed. We will not turn you away in an emergency! If you are unsure if your pet is experiencing an emergency condition, please call us on 07-5442-7803 and speak to one of our friendly nurses. In an emergency, you can always head straight down to the clinic; however, it is best if you give us a call before your arrival so that we can ensure we are prepared to support your pet.
What types of animals do you treat?
Eumundi Vets focuses on companion animals, primarily dogs and cats. This allows us to offer highly personalised, modern care for pets in our community.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept EFTPOS (Visa, Mastercard) ZipPay, AfterPay, and VetPay. Accounts are settled on the day of treatment, and deposits are required for major surgeries or procedures. Our flexible veterinary payment options help make high-quality care more accessible.
Do you offer at-home pet euthanasia?
Yes, we provide at-home pet euthanasia for established clients. This allows pets to be in a familiar, comfortable environment surrounded by their family during their final moments. We approach every end-of-life service with compassion, respect, and clear communication.
How often should my pet have a wellness exam?
We recommend annual pet wellness exams for healthy adult pets, and biannual checkups for senior pets or those with chronic conditions. Regular visits help detect issues early and keep your pet in the best possible health.
Do you offer sedated cat grooming?
Yes, for cats who are anxious, aggressive, or have severe matting, we offer sedated cat grooming under veterinary supervision. This ensures the process is safe, low-stress, and thorough.
Do you take pet insurance?
We can process claims for most major pet insurers and provide detailed invoices to support your claim. We recommend checking your policy for specific coverage details before your visit.
